Services Provided
The Bit App platform offers AI-assisted trading across crypto, Forex, CFDs, and stock markets. Brokerage services are provided through licensed financial partners. Returns are not guaranteed. All investments involve risk, and market conditions can fluctuate.
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate personal and financial information. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must use the Bit App official website lawfully and refrain from fraudulent or manipulative activities.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum initial deposit required is CAD 250. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, subject to identity verification. Transaction fees may apply depending on the specific broker or payment provider used.
Risk Disclosure
Trading in crypto, Forex, CFDs, and stocks involves significant financial risk. Market volatility may result in rapid losses as well as profits. The Bit App project is not liable for losses incurred due to macroeconomic market conditions or your personal trading decisions.
Limitation of Liability
Bit App is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, such as global internet outages or third-party infrastructure failures. We are also not liable for losses arising from user negligence or unauthorized access to accounts due to poorly secured credentials.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Bit App account without prior notice for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity flagged by our security systems, or non-compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Amendments
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect legal adjustments or technological modifications. Continued use of the platform implies your tacit acceptance of the latest version published on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Canadian courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
